What to expect

Thank you for enrolling your child(ren) in StaySafe! with First Aid Hero, authorized Red Cross Training Partner. I am excited to have all of your children in the course, but before they arrive there are a few items of business.

****It is important that your child(ren) are made aware there is a zero tolerance for misbehavior. In this StaySafe! course, students are expected to act maturely- being made aware that they are taking this class because their parents feel confident they can be safely responsible on their own. Students are expected to be on their best behaviour. If there is a major problem, parents will be called and asked to pick up their child. A certificate will not be issued in this case.

Students are welcome to arrive starting arriving 10 minutes before the course starts. Late entries of 10 minutes or greater will be turned away. Please have you or your child SIGN IN and PARENTS OR GUARDIANS should sign them out when picking up.
Please note

- Some locations require you to bring a yoga mat, medium sized towel or small blanket - please review your final course confirmation carefully
- 2 large nutritious snacks + nutritious lunch (if a full day program) + plenty of water. (They will be hungry & thirsty as this course is physical.)
- No NUTS. We have a couple students with severe allergies.
- Students are NOT permitted to leave the premises, especially during lunch (30 minutes)
- Bring a pen or pencil

Please also note: a completion card is not a guarantee of competency or certification in First Aid. The card is given to recognize that your child has successfully completed the course

We are looking forward to meeting everyone! It's going to be a fun-filled, focused, packed day of first aid and info! If you have any questions, please contact me.
